About the event
We are offering our Freerun social run today. We meet at the London Road Gate, Beddington Park (London Rd, Wallington SM6 7EA, UK). We plan to do an easy/steady run around the park at a pace and distance to suit the runners attending. If you are relatively new to running or the 5km distance is some way off, please drop us an email in advance of the session. A great way to meet new running 'buddies', provide extra motivation and build aerobic running fitness. Do check our website for the latest information including any changes up to the day of our events or training. Folks with up-to-date registrations can attend our Freerun events or social runs with their 'one-time' registrations.
